ScienceLive's three-layer architecture (Assertion, Provenance, Publication Info) anchors each unit with a Trusty URI and disseminates it through the decentralized nanopublication network. A hybrid LLM pipeline pairs traditional reference-parsing tools with language models for citation-intent classification, and a Zotero plugin lets researchers create typed nanopublications inside their existing workflow. Case studies from LifeWatch ERIC (a PRISMA-compliant review on quantum computing for biodiversity yielding 238 nanopublications), the FAIR2Adapt climate-adaptation project, and agroecology partnerships illustrate how stackable citations bridge siloed communities.
