Deactivate a preset assignment on a resource. A preset assignment is identified by the (preset, resource) pair rather than by a nanopublication URI, so this publishes a new assignment nanopublication re-describing the pair as deactivated (latest wins); the earlier activation does not need to be superseded and may have been published by someone else.
