Assign a preset (a named bundle of default views and roles) to a user, so that the user's page picks up the preset's views and roles.

Only presets designed for users (gen:appliesToInstancesOf gen:IndividualAgent) are offered. Like view displays, a preset assignment is identified by the (preset, resource) pair rather than by this nanopublication's URI, so it can later be deactivated.
