Assign a preset (a named bundle of default views and roles) to a maintained resource, so that the resource picks up the preset's views and roles.

Only presets designed for maintained resources (gen:appliesToInstancesOf gen:MaintainedResource) are offered. Like view displays, a preset assignment is identified by the (preset, resource) pair rather than by this nanopublication's URI, so it can later be deactivated by an equal-or-higher-tier member.
