βΉ About
Nanopublications are tiny, structured knowledge units that can serve as a universal building block for FAIR Digital Objects (FDOs) and FAIR practice in general. In this FAIRagro Talk, Tobias Kuhn (Knowledge Pixels / VU Amsterdam) will introduce the nanopublication approach and demonstrate how Nanodash, a web-based platform, makes it easy for researchers to publish and connect structured knowledge. A special focus will be on how nanopublications naturally bridge different levels: domain-specific knowledge (e.g. crops, soils, methods), methodological practices, and social structures like research communities. Plus: a live demo of Nanodashβs Spaces feature, which lets groups such as consortia or conference communities collaboratively curate and share knowledge in a dedicated, structured environment. Participants are welcome to try it out themselves during the session.
